By using the site or creating an account, you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the services.

UpGrowth strives to keep the site and the platform available at all times. Access may however be interrupted, in particular for maintenance. UpGrowth cannot be held liable for any interruption or its consequences for the user.

• The services are meant for adults and businesses. A minor may only sign up with the consent of their legal representative (Law 18-07, Art. 8).
• The information you give at sign-up must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Your credentials are personal. Keep them confidential and tell us at once at contact@upgrowth.dz about any use you did not authorize.
• You can close your account at any time by writing to us. Your data is then handled as the privacy policy describes.

• Use the services fairly and lawfully, without impersonating anyone or publishing unlawful content.
• Off-platform transactions: entrepreneurs and consultants are strictly forbidden from initiating or concluding transactions outside the UpGrowth platform.
• Exchange of contact details: entrepreneurs and consultants may not exchange personal data through the platform's messaging.
• Any breach of these rules may lead to sanctions, including suspension or closure of the account.

• If you share data about other people on the platform (partners, employees, clients), you must have informed them and have a legal basis to do so (Law 18-07, Art. 7 and 32).
• A consultant who accesses an entrepreneur's information for an assignment uses it only for that assignment, keeps it confidential, including after the assignment, and keeps it no longer than needed (Art. 9 and 40).
• Any loss, disclosure or abnormal use of such information must be reported to us immediately at contact@upgrowth.dz, so that we can notify the ANPDP within the legal deadline (Law 25-11, Art. 45 bis 8).

Online payments are made on the secure SATIM payment page. Your card details are entered there and never reach UpGrowth.

All elements of the site and the platform (texts, logos, images, sounds, software, icons, layout, databases) are protected by national and international intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of UpGrowth. Unless UpGrowth gives prior written permission, any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation or transformation, in whole or in part, and any transfer to another website is forbidden.

UpGrowth cannot guarantee that the site and the platform are free of anomalies, errors or bugs, that such anomalies can be fixed, that they will run without interruption or failure, or that they are compatible with hardware or a configuration other than those expressly validated by UpGrowth.

UpGrowth processes your personal data in accordance with Law No. 18-07 of June 10, 2018, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 25-11 of July 24, 2025, and with its privacy policy. You have, in particular, the rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection, which you exercise by writing to contact@upgrowth.dz, and you may refer matters to the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP).

UpGrowth may change these terms. The date at the top shows the version in force, and users are informed of any significant change.

These terms are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute about their interpretation or performance falls under the competent Algerian courts.
